How Theron almost ditched Melissa on their first date
Per request of Miranda I will now tell why Theron and I ALMOST never met. First of all we met online, on a little classifieds website called craigslist. Theron was looking for apartments at the time, and I was looking for friends (all of mine had recently moved away because it was summer and I didn't care much for my roommates). So I posted an ad in the classifieds section looking for someone (preferably male) to go and do something with, bike rides, dinners, movies, etc. Theron was one of the two un-creepy guys that answered my post and we set a date. Well, a few hours before we were supposed to hang out Theron called his mom, told her about our date, and how he wasn't interested in going (this mostly stemmed from the fact that I didn't want to watch the same movie as he did). His mother, being the wonderful woman she is, told him it was very rude to ditch me at the last moment and convinced him to go. YAY! That's the story of how Theron almost ditched me and we almost didn't meet and almost didn't get married. But I'm happy it turned out differently.

LOL! You're not being too nosy. We would love to start a family soon, but right now we want to get as healthy as possible. So we are working towards losing weight by eating healthy and exercising. Then, maybe around winter, we will shoot for a baby!
That's awesome! I'll be excited when we start having babies, which will hopefully be soon. What kind of workouts do you like doing? My favorite is spinning! The classes are so intense but I feel awesome afterward.
And by eating healthy, do you mean sampling new flavors of ice cream often?
Cute story. Glad he didn't ditch you. I tried to ditch Trevor at every chance I got on the day we met, but he kept following me around like a puppy. I still haven't been able to shake him. Thank goodness.
I didn't know you guys met online. Cool. I'm trying to remember the first time I met Theron... Oh man, I am SOOO glad you ended up with Theron instead of some of those OTHER guys. Oh my gosh. I LOVE Theron! :-D YAY!!! lol
Hm... I don't remember the first time I met him. I think I talked to him on the phone when I was talking to you... Did I meet him before the wedding? Yeah.. I'm pretty sure I did. Eff. I can't remember now! Does he?

Funny you should ask, Brooke. I haven't been able to make it to the gym very often (finals and all that jazz) but when I do go it's usually just jogging on the treadmill. Although I really love yoga and would love to get into more. I can't wait until you start having babies too! They will be SO cute!
Yes, Miranda, by eating healthy I mean trying a new flavor of ice cream every week :P (we each have to give in every once in awhile or we would never be able to eat healthy). Of course your baby will be cute too!
Emily, I don't remember the first time you met Theron. I think you first met him in person at your wedding. I know you talked to him a lot before that on the phone, but I'm pretty sure it was at your wedding you first met. And I DEFINITELY remember the first time I met you, you were are lifesaver! A goddess sent from the heavens! HA! Douglas. Did I tell you that Theron knows Douglas? Hahaha! They lived in the same building and Theron remembers Doug playing his guitar all the wee morning hours. He hates him! LOL! What a fun little loop! And of course your baby will be cute too!
And Holly's baby is cute!
And I can't wait to see the cute babies from my sisters; Courtney and Katie will make cute little babies too!

I remember the first time I met Theron. He dropped you off at kadaver lab and we were all eating from the Pie. I can't believe how much Kathleen ate!
Ok, so I cancelled Kyle and I's first date, I think, three or four times before he finally managed to get me to meet him... it's all in the timing! :D

Oh my gosh, you are SO right. That IS when I first met him! You guys are in my wedding album!!! :-D There's like, a few of you and me, and then there's one or two of you and Theron, and then there's a few with you guys in the background dancing or something.
BUT NO!! I didn't know they KNEW each other!! Oh my gosh!! Poor Theron! lol Having to listen to that guitar ..over ..and over ..and over. lol

HA! Oh, and remember that one time Theron was sick and we were all on the phone and he decided to breathe in through his nose like a duck!? HILARIOUS!!!!!!!! That was like, a year ago and I STILL laugh about it. I love your husband!!

Oh, I there is NO WAY I can come to Milpitas for Thanksgiving weekend, we are spending Thanksgiving with Theron's side of the family this year; so I'm pretty sure they have to reason or desire to go out to CA let alone pay for us to go out there. Sad :( But I hope I can come out after I graduate! That is in mid-October!

WELL, if you DO come out in October just make sure it's after the baby is born. Her due date is the 17th. So obviously, Melissa, I'm expecting you to schedule your whole entire trip around my child. lol haha
Seriously though, what's the point of coming out if you can't see the baby too!?
