Long Live the Fish, the Fish is Dead!

Well it finally happened, the fish kicked the bucket. We were amazed at how long she survived actually. Around October last year we bought about 9 guppies for our tiny fish bowl. We figured the fish were tiny enough to all fit in the bowl and be happy together, but not long afterwards the started dying off. So far we haven't had the greatest track record with fish but there were two that just decided to stick around. The amazing thing was we only fed them about 4 times a month. About two months ago one dyed and we were left with the prettiest little one. What a fighter! Then yesterday I went to turn on the light over the fish and saw that it was no more. Poor little guy. She led a good long life, especially for only being fed a few times per month. I don't know if we'll get more fish. Katie gave us a nice big fish tank and maybe we can keep a few alive in there, but I don't have much hope.

Poor things. We thought about fish, but that was a big commitment. Instead, Trevor got a plant. He said if I can keep the plant alive, then I can have a baby. Well, obviously I did it, but now that I'm finally pregnant, the plant looks rather sad. I neglect it a lot. I'm surprised it hasn't died. I'm excited to find your blog (and by find, I mean you gave me the link) you are now on my friends link list. Congratulations!
